The KST5 is an ergonomically designed swiveling crane control chair, prioritizing comfort and functionality.
Equipment boxes
Constructed from sheet steel, the equipment boxes feature a hinged lid with a locking mechanism as standard, facilitating easy inspection and maintenance. Additionally, the side of the equipment boxes comes equipped with a lockable inspection plate for added security. The arrangement of joysticks, indicators, and control devices is customized according to customer specifications. Combined with the availability of custom-sized and profiled equipment boxes, the KST5 offers exceptional flexibility and customization options.
Driver's seat
As standard, the KST5 is fitted with a KFS11 seat equipped with a hydraulic vibration absorption system complete with weight adjustment for optimal comfort. The seat includes armrests and a headrest. Additionally, there is an option to cover the seat with air-permeable artificial leather.
Cross-member with swivel base
The sheet steel cover of the cross-member, including the driver’s seat, can be folded forward, providing easy access to wirings, terminals, and bushings during commissioning and maintenance. The swivel base features a zero-clearance bearing and can be locked using a friction brake.
